Head of e-Procurement and Client Services
Kate Windebank is Head of e-Procurement and Client Services at Acquire, having joined the team in 2006 with a remit of expanding and enhancing the business’s service offering. Today, Kate is responsible for the operational delivery of client facing services including e-procurement consultancy, operational support and the delivery and maintenance of business and client support systems.
With an extensive finance background, including an instrumental role in the due diligence processes of a £38M AIM flotation, Kate has the ideal insight in commercial management, financial protocols, audit and systems requirements to provide clients with strategic guidance on the adoption and integration of epsys to achieve their immediate, short and long term goals.
Kate manages a team of on-boarding, training and process managers as well as client support teams, with the key objectives of capitalising on new business opportunities and ensuring that existing epsys clients benefit from consistent and seamless support throughout their implementation and ongoing usage of the epsys platform.
